Senior Manager, Institutional Client Services [Spanish Speaker, New York]

DescriptionWe are currently working with a leading alternatives specialist investment manager who are looking to hire an experienced Senior Institutional Client Services candidate. This role will be based in the NewYork office; applicants must therefore have full working rights in the US.Key Responsibilities:Act as a primary point of contact for all existinginvestors: deal with client issues; conduct clientreview and diligencemeetings; oversee onboarding; monitor client engagement and feedback.Support the IDD process; assist with RFPs; legal negotiations; collaborate closely with client investment and operation teams.Work with ProductManagement to assist with proposals for strategicpartnership and cross-selling opportunities.Collaborate with ProductSpecialists on strategy communications and ODD content.Candidate Profile:Minimum 7 years’ experience in a client-facing and/or sales-support role working with Institutional clients – preferrably at an alternatives house.Excellent communicator, able to establish strong relationships with investors and internal stakeholders.Fluent Spanish speaker.CFA, CAIA or MBA preferred.Series 7 and 63 licensed or ability to obtain.Mason Blake acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
