Senior Manager - EMS Consulting Commercial Team - PricingLocation: Flexible/RemoteSalary: £85,000 - £115,000 + £5,900 Flex Fund + 18% bonus + 5% matched pensionOverview:Are you ready to take on a pivotal role within one of the Big 4 Consulting Firms? Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pricing Senior Manager to join their dynamic EMS Consulting Commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the pricing and commercial strategies for some of the most strategic Execution Managed Service (EMS) deals in the industry.About the Role:As the Pricing Senior Manager, you will be a key player in driving the commercial success of EMS deals across six service towers: Change as a Service, Cloud & Application Managed Services, Case Management, Data & Analytics Managed Service, Finance Managed Services, and Supply Chain & Operations Managed Services. Your primary responsibilities will include:• Providing strategic and operational commercial support throughout the deal lifecycle.• Developing and implementing pricing approaches and investment cases for large-scale, complex deals.• Establishing and embedding effective commercial ways of working for EMS services.• Delivering improved commercial outcomes by influencing pricing strategies, negotiating deals, and managing them during delivery.• Developing new commercial metrics to incentivize the growth of the Execution Managed Service business.Who We Are Looking For:The ideal candidate for the Pricing Senior Manager role will have:• Extensive experience in service-based pricing for managed service deals.• Proven ability to develop relationships with senior stakeholders and integrate into managed service deal teams.• Deep understanding of cost-to-serve models and appropriate pricing mechanisms.• Insight into applying a range of commercial levers to enhance performance.• Experience introducing new pricing approaches in line with market conditions.• Exceptional analytical and commercial modeling skills, with comfort working with quantitative data.• Strong problem-solving skills and a structured, hypothesis-driven approach.• Experience working with HR, legal, and risk management to address commercial considerations during contract negotiations.• Ability to deliver high-quality, persuasive, and concise recommendations for senior audiences.• A team-oriented mindset with a focus on coaching junior colleagues.Desired Skills & Experience:• Experience in financial profiling and engineering in line with accounting principles as part of managed service deals.Why Join Our Client?Our client offers a fast-paced, mentally stimulating, and dynamic work environment where no two days are the same.
