Senior Manager (Risk & Compliance)

My client is a really exciting insurtech who are rapidly growing across the UK and international, having more than doubled in size in the past 3 years. They look for high calibre, driven and dynamic individuals who will really contribute to their culture. This company have an key opportunity to bring on a Senior Manager in a 1st line compliance role, sitting in a team of 3. They have a risk framework and Risk Committee but the operational risk element is new to the team. The ideal candidate will have a blend of both compliance and risk management experience, preferably within the insurance sector. The role will involve developing the operational risk framework and 1st line compliance plan, providing regulatory advice, monitoring and reporting, stakeholder management etc.Salary is competitive and dependent on experience, with fantastic benefits including a generous bonus, £1000 for compliance qualifications, paying for phone and electricity bills, daily deliveroo lunch allowance and more! There is a hybrid working model of 3 days in the office.
