We are looking for a seasoned professional and manager with broad expertise who has the ability to integrate department objectives/ goals with team deliverables and goals effectivelyResponsibilitiesProvide mentorship, leadership and management of individual nCino Solution Architects. Lend guidance and technical expertise as your team members implement nCino at some of the largest Financial Institutions in the World.Understands the needs of a diverse workforce and builds a team of inclusion, respect, trust and knowledge to meet team goals; Shares wins and success such that the team feels valuable and appreciatedLooks for and carves out opportunities to empower personal / professional growth of teamQuickly recognizes any form of conflict and uses appropriate techniques to mitigate such conflict before it becomes viralAssess the skills and expertise of each SA and set expectations. Larger initiatives should be assigned in addition to their Enterprise client.  Help develop the process and skillsets for each SA to provide cross-project support and overlap based on team member expertise.  Encourage team members to take advantage of a lull in their own project to assist first in other EBU projects, and then community.Provide domain level knowledge of how nCino is implemented across our customer base. Help internal and external stakeholders understand how to deploy nCino as quickly as possible while managing multiple dependancies and integrations across the business.Advocate and escalate Customer issues to our Product and Development Group. Work with Product Managers to help communicate how nCino features need to evolve in the enterprise spaceAssist our Partner Alliance Team in training, education and deployment of the nCino PlatformOccasionally provide pre-sales support for prospects in the enterprise spaceAssist in future communication, training structure, etc. to establish repeatable process for onboarding additional Solution Architects.
