Our mission is to streamline contingent staffing and elevate the training and management of care professionals through innovative technology.Role OverviewWe are on the hunt for an accomplished Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead and optimise our multi-channel marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should possess a wealth of experience in driving B2B marketing strategies and be prepared to take on a pivotal role within our expanding Marketing team.We are transforming our Marketing function from an outsourced agency model to an internally managed team. This role best suits someone with a robust marketing foundation who can bring rapid execution and innovative solutions to the function. Any experience in social care or selling to large regulated healthcare providers is a bonus.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution and Management:Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and engagement across various channels.Manage and optimise outbound email campaigns through HubSpot and occasionally Klaviyo for improved engagement and conversion rates.Track and analyse campaign performance, ensuring accurate reporting and attribution of marketing efforts.Content Creation and Distribution:Create high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and newsletters.Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives, maintaining a consistent tone and style.Collaborate with the content team to ensure timely delivery of all marketing materials.Market Research and Analysis:Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in marketing technologies.Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable insights.Monitor competitors and adjust marketing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.Agency and Freelancer Coordination:Work closely with agency partners to ensure the seamless execution of marketing campaigns.Manage content needs and deliverables for agency partners, ensuring all requirements are met promptly.Support the Marketing Manager in coordinating with external freelancers for marketing initiatives such as PPC and design.Account-Based Marketing Support:Assist the Sales team in designing and executing account-based marketing campaigns targeting enterprise contracts.Support Sales in identifying and nurturing high-value leads, ensuring a seamless integration of inbound leads into our CRM.Event Support:Plan and execute marketing activities for national events, ensuring strong brand presence and effective lead generation.Attend industry events to support Sales and promote CareHires services.Performance Reporting:Prepare detailed monthly performance reports on marketing activities, providing analysis and recommendations for improvement.Utilise Apollo for data enrichment and targeted marketing initiatives, ensuring data accuracy and optimal follow-up processes.CRM:Monitor inbound leads from digital channels and ensure they are correctly implemented into our HubSpot CRM.Maintain CRM data integrity and support the Sales team with necessary information.Work with Apollo to enrich data as neededBudget Management and reportingAssist the Marketing Manager in tracking marketing budget expenditure and providing regular updates.Identify opportunities for cost savings and ensure efficient allocation of resources.Ensure your activities are aligned with the business and Marketing team’s OKRsStakeholder Communication:Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to provide updates on marketing activities and performance.Support the Marketing Manager in presenting marketing plans and results to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.About You4+ years of experience in a senior B2B marketing role, preferably within the social care or related sectors.Proficiency in digital marketing disciplines, including copywriting, CRM, SEO, email marketing, PPC, and social media management.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.Flexibility to visit the Leicester office periodically as needed.Full UK driving licence and ability to attend events on occasion.A proven track record of executing successful marketing initiatives.What we’ll give youThe opportunity to be part of a dynamic marketing team and work with top-tier marketing talent in the space.A position in a fast-paced organisation that values innovation and empowers you to drive change.A remote-first workplace where you’ll be supported in developing your career as the department grows.
