Purpose of PositionSENIOR MARKETING EXECUTIVE (GLOBAL REMIT, UK-BASED ) - This is a maternity cover role (10 Months)The Senior MARKETING EXECUTIVE will be quick to hit the ground running, a quick learner with a great aptitude for systems and technologies with B2B campaign experience. Positioned for a self-starter who wants to deliver a mix of marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment in a role that provides opportunity to make a tangible impact on ARR globally. The Senior MARKETING EXECUTIVE needs to be comfortable working hands-on with digital marketing and requires good stakeholder management skills. Reports to Senior Director of Marketing in the UK. Works closely with JoinedUp’s sales team and global marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Beeline marketing team in a global role working from the UK.ResponsibilitiesMarketing - general• Delivery of multi-channel demand-generation marketing campaign activities to deliver new leads into the business:Deliver broad and targeted multi-channel campaign activity to drive engagement through the funnel for the JoinedUp by Beeline product.Working with digital and creative functions in USA to deliver the right content, at the right time, to the right leads from multiple directions.Comfortable delivering a variety of content (including but not limited to whitepapers, case studies, research, webinars, email, social media, PR, website, ABM, advertising, video).Set up and deliver an organic social media strategy globally for JoinedUp by Beeline.Execute, measure and optimise advertising campaigns in LinkedIn, DemandBase and Google ads delivering increasing numbers of conversions.Build campaign web pages, using personalisation where relevant, using tools such as Hubspot.Comfortable crafting compelling, relevant content and experience using AI to support would be helpful.• Event management – Work with our Events Assistants to ensure regional events (US/UK) are delivered to meet campaign requirements.• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaign activities at the same time.Marketing - operations• Data management: Salesforce (CRM database) – updating records, creating lists, managing prospect data, align segmentation strategy.• Reporting: create extracts on lead generation, campaign evaluation reporting, data for internal comms etc, offer insight as to how amends to strategy could help us to deliver more to the business.• Marketing systems change – supporting projects to implement new systems or make amends to existing ones.Requirements• Essential: 2-5 years relevant marketing experience. • Essential: B2B marketing experience.• Ability to learn new things quickly - especially software - to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. • Excellent written and communication skills in business English• Adaptable and flexible – as the business grows and adapts so will you. This role will not be static, but will be a great opportunity to grow and develop whilst learning new things.• A self-motivated individual with robust problem-solving abilities, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
