As the Senior Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the digital presence, product marketing strategies, and brand development initiatives for our beloved Boba baby carrying brands across the world. Responsibilities Digital Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across various online channels. Oversee the management of Boba's digital assets, including the website, social media platforms, email campaigns, and online advertising initiatives. Utilise platform expertise in social media management, email marketing, and tools like Klaviyo to optimise performance and enhance customer engagement. Analyse digital performance metrics and implement data-driven optimizations to maximise ROI and enhance the overall digital customer experience. Brand Development and Positioning: Drive the evolution and elevation of the Boba brand identity, ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints and communications. Develop compelling brand narratives and storytelling strategies to resonate with target audiences and build brand loyalty. Champion brand integrity and authenticity while exploring creative ways to strengthen brand presence and relevance in the marketplace. B2B and Distributor Communications: Develop and implement communication strategies targeted towards B2B partners and distributors to support sales efforts and strengthen relationships. Collaborate with sales teams to create compelling marketing collateral, presentations, and sales support materials tailored to B2B audiences. Content Strategy: Lead the development of a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with brand objectives and resonates with target audiences across various digital and offline channels. Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging and relevant content, including articles, blog posts, videos, and social media posts, to drive brand awareness and engagement. Management of External Agencies: Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, freelancers, and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing initiatives and projects. Collaborate with agency partners to develop creative campaigns, media plans, and promotional strategies that align with brand goals and objectives. About you Bachelor s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA preferred. Proven experience (X? years) in digital marketing, product marketing, and brand management, preferably within the consumer goods or baby care industry. Strong strategic thinking abilities with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing initiatives that drive measurable results. Proficiency in leveraging digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems to optimise marketing performance and customer engagement. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts in a clear and compelling manner. Passion for the parenting and baby care space, with a deep understanding of consumer behaviour and trends. Creative mindset with a knack for innovation and storytelling, coupled with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
