An amazing opportunity to work for the market leader in "Brand Acvtivation", our client works with the biggest names in consumer products. Reporting to the Head of Global Marketing, this role has responsibility for the mentoring and development of a global
content marketing team that deliver, plan and manage detailed marketing campaign content.
You will support business growth by capturing and distilling the strengths of our business into compelling, focused messaging and content for publication and distribution across a range of owned, earned and paid channels.
Working as part of a close knit, cohesive and collaborative marketing team, this role will help to define and manage the company’s external presence, reinforcing our brand and proposition alongside communicating our expertise and strengths through a combination
of effective and relevant marketing tactics.
Effective team relationships, coaching, mentoring and developing the content marketing team to increase marketing knowledge and capability, driving quality of output and performance.
Support the continuous learning and development of the team, celebrating their achievements and successes.
Driving excellence in marketing outputs and outcomes, initiating and delivering commercially driven content and campaigns aligned to the strategic priorities and global marketing strategy.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Managing and running a high performing global content team
Development and growth – experience in developing and growing team, acting as a role model, coaching, mentoring and providing expert guidance
Driving collaboration and alignment across marketing and wider business teams including insights, sales enablement and solutions.
Engaging with integrity with senior stakeholders up to C-suite.
Effective and authentic communicator and listener
Developing analytical and insight driven content and campaigns.
Focus on executional excellence and outcomes
Aware and performance focused with the ability to demonstrate ROI.
Working across a wide range of marketing channels and disciplines including content marketing, PR, partnerships, publishers, awards, events, sponsorships, social, paid, website, email.
Innovative and bold in approach and challenge current thinking where possible / appropriate, taking sensible risks and learning quickly from mistakes.
Understanding of the broader business and marketplace
Effectively navigating a matrixed, global business.
Ability to undertake competitor analysis and market analysis, tracking and reporting on brand and campaign performance v’s competition
