As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and culture of their mechanical team while working on exciting projects, including heritage preservation ventures.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you will:

 




  • Lead and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical designs into multidisciplinary projects.

  • Employ your expertise to tackle complex engineering challenges and provide innovative solutions.

  • Engage in heritage projects that require a delicate balance between modern innovation and historical preservation.

  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing atmosphere.

  • Contribute to shaping the culture of the mechanical team and the broader office through your leadership.

Qualifications:

 




  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

  • Proven experience in mechanical design, preferably with exposure to heritage projects.

  • Proficiency in relevant design software and tools.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to lead and mentor a team.

  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and engage with clients.
