What You Will Do:

• Utilize advanced CAD software for intricate 2D and 3D designs of sophisticated motorcycle projects.
• Independently create new parts and recommend design improvements.
• Lead collaborative efforts to develop innovative design concepts.
• Ensure all designs adhere strictly to project specifications and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide in-depth technical guidance on motorcycle assemblies and support the team in utilizing CAD software.
• Conduct detailed reviews and lead the validation of component and vehicle performance through physical testing.

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of motorcycle system level functioning/design and integration experience.
• Proficiency in Catia/NX/Creo & Team centre PLM, with hands-on experience in CAE, Testing & Validation.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, plant assembly layouts, and homologation requirements of motorcycles.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts clearly and confidently.
