As a Senior Mechanical Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of a Cat A fit commercial fit out project spanning across a 10-floor building, with a mechanical value of 18M. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the successful completion of a high-profile project, and at times a very challenging project.About the role of Senior Mechanical Project ManagerThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project from the end of design to delivery and project handover in 2026, ensuring that all mechanical aspects are delivered to the highest standards. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the project lead and collaborate with a team of MEP professionals to achieve project objectives. It is important to note that this role requires a hands-on approach, with a focus on project delivery and program-driven execution.Requirements for Senior Mechanical Project ManagerTo be considered for this role, you must have a strong background in mechanical engineering and be comfortable working on-site five days a week. Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) is essential, as well as a proven track record of delivering major projects. Additionally, we are looking for candidates who have experience in driving manufacturing processes before site work, preferably with modular or off site construction experience.
