Role Overview The Interim Senior Media Manager will oversee the development, execution, and evaluation of multi-channel paid media campaigns central to organisational goals. Working closely with media agencies, creative teams, and internal stakeholders, you ll ensure campaigns are innovative, audience-focused, and deliver outstanding ROI. Role Features Lead and implement multi-channel paid media campaigns, including TV, digital, and out-of-home advertising. Manage relationships with media agencies to deliver creative, high-impact campaigns. Develop audience insights and testing strategies to optimise campaign performance. Provide media expertise to guide decision-making and strategic planning. Line-manage and mentor junior team members, supporting their professional growth. Essential Skills Proven experience in leading integrated media campaigns within an agency or client-side environment. Strong understanding of media planning, buying, and evaluation across channels such as TV, digital display, social media, and partnerships. Proficiency in developing consumer segmentation strategies and using insights to inform planning. Exceptional communication skills for managing senior relationships and presenting strategies.
