Senior Mental Health Nurse

Are you a Mental Health Nurse with leadership experience and a passion for developing others? We are�seeking a�Senior Mental Health Nurse to work for the largest provider of Mental Health care�in the UK.
The role is based in South West London�and gives the opportunity to work across a number of settings, providing variation to your day to day duties. The Senior Mental Health Nurse�position�offers an attractive salary of �45,000 per annum, with a welcome bonus of �5,000 and yearly bonus of �1,000.�
As a Senior RMN, your duties will include:

• Delivering high-quality, service user�focused care
• Participating in the development of new services and care pathways
• Leading, supervising and mentoring the nursing team
• Engaging in continuous quality improvement within your service

The successful�candidate will be an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC PIN. You will need:

• The ability to develop others to a high standard
• A positive, can do attitude
• A commitment to quality care

You will receive an excellent salary of �45,000 per annum, alongside a benefits package which includes a �5,000 welcome bonus and �1,000 annual bonus.
