As the Senior Merchandising Manager / Head of Merchandising, you will identify ways to maximise sales, managing a small team of merchandisers. You will be dynamic and leading the team you will control the stock, own trade, ecom & retail planning and more.

• Delivering the business plan for 2025
• Stock control across multiple platforms
• Forecasting at topline level
• Trading all channels to deliver business KPI's
• Insights and analysis - understanding the current trading landscape as well as economic and social trends in the industry
• Range management- ensuring a balanced and commercial option plan is delivered
• Pricing strategy
• WSSI and OTB management
• Building and maintaining strong working relations with all of our partners
• New business set up and implementation of new processes to deliver growth, demonstrating commercial vision for the brand.
