Senior Network Consultant - NOC Department: NOC Service Employment Type: Permanent Location: Wanstor London Compensation: GBP 45,000 - GBP 50,000 / year Description You are passionate about Networking and the technologies that enable safe, secure and reliable. Joining our network team you will enjoy troubleshooting technical issues, responsible for the final point of escalation and delivering new and exciting projects and solutions to our brand named clients. If you are proactive and like offering consulting advice to customers, on improvements and upgrades to existing solutions, you could be our next Senior NOC Consultant. This role would not suit a person who cannot work within the wider team where knowledge sharing is key to our overall success. Equally, this role would not suit you if you do not enjoy working within a fast paced environment, where no two days are the same. Responsibilities This role requires strong knowledge of the LAN / WAN & WLAN technologies & products. As part of this highly specialised team, you will be mentoring our 1st and 2nd line consultants regarding the entire network portfolio, whilst taking advantage of our extensive learning and development opportunities. Skills Knowledge and Expertise Essential... 5 years experience within Networking environment 1 - 2 years dealing with 3rd line support Current CCNA certification 5 years supporting clients in a fast paced environment Desired... CCNP or CCIE Certification Experience of Fortinet router technology Experience of Fortigate firewall technologies Some of our benefits...
