Senior Nuclear Safety Case Engineer - Human Factors

Westlakes Recruit are currently recruiting for a number of Senior Nuclear Safety Case Engineer - Human Factors to be engaged on a contract basis, located across the UK; the roles offer remote working with occasional visit to the client site in Devonport.
Job specification:

• Relevant qualification in Human Factors.
• Experience applying HF within an engineering context (ideally 5+ years).
• Experienced in human reliability assessment (ideally 3+ years). This should include:
  • Human error identification
  • Qualitative / quantitative error analysis.
  • Substantiation of operator safety claims.
• Experience supporting nuclear safety case development / review (ideally 3+ years) with a good understanding of the nuclear safety case process.
• Ability to deliver HF assessment with minimal supervision.
• Able to work as part of a HF and safety case delivery team.
• Chartered membership of CIEHF is desirable.
