Randstad are seeking a Qualified (NVQ Level 2/3 or above) Senior Practitioner who is enthusiastic, hardworking, and genuinely loves working with children. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a key person for a group of children, tracking and supporting their development.
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities to foster learning and growth.
• Create and maintain a safe and secure environment for children.
• Uphold and follow safeguarding procedures.
• Adhere to nursery policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Qualified NVQ Level 2/3 (or higher).
• Professional, enthusiastic, and dedicated approach.
• Strong communication skills with children and adults.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A genuine passion for working with children.
