About the team: Operational Resilience is identified as a key area of focus for OSB Group, and this position reflects the Group\'s continual commitment to enhancing its operational resilience in order to meet the needs of its customers alongside its financial, legal and regulatory obligations.The Group Operational Resilience team is responsible for developing and managing a range of preventive and responsive activities, designed both to reduce the potential likelihood of incidents occurring, whilst also enabling the rapid recovery of its Important Business Services following a disruptive incident.Our philosophy:Before you read on, we\'d like you to know that we\'re committed to diversity and hope that our employee base reflects the diverse nature of our society. If you apply for one of our roles, we will be sure to ask you if you require any support with any of these stages.What you will be doing: The key purpose of this role is to support the range of activities that make up the Group\'s Operational Resilience Framework. This will include identifying, redressing, monitoring and reporting on operational resilience related tasks and challenging the execution of operational resilience related activities across the Group.This will be a varied developmental role and you will be an engaging communicator and relationship maintainer, with either an analyst background in Risk or Compliance or have had exposure to Business Continuity or Operational Resilience. This position will enhance your stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organisation and refine your knowledge and expertise in Operational Resilience.Your responsibilities will include:Contributing to the ongoing development and maintenance of the Operational Resilience Framework, ensuring a consistent approach and execution across all functions and locations including the identification and maintenance of Important Business Services and Impact Tolerance levels.Collaborating across the business, to continually identify the operations, processes and technologies required in building and maintaining optimal recovery plans/arrangements.Supporting the business functions in completing annual Resource Mapping, Business Impact Assessments (BIA) and development of functional Business Continuity Plans (BCP).Participating in workshops and supporting our group wide testing activities, to validate the Bank\'s response to a range of threats and severe but plausible scenarios, including conducting ongoing micro scenarios exercises.Maintaining and/or creating procedural documentation/guidelines.In return for your commitment:
Please use this link to see the fantastic benefits available at OSB: you be the one?We are looking for talented individuals who have the experience and knowledge set out below:Experience working as an Analyst within an Operational Risk, Compliance or Oversight role or a demonstrable background in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Operations,
preferably in financial services.Proven experience in effectively managing stakeholders at all levels with exposure to functional
areas
