My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Operations Executive to join their dedicated team on a fully remote basis. If you have passion and experience in the ski industry and possess strong skills in sales, operations, and customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you.Position: Senior Operations ExecutiveLocation: Fully Remote Salary: £30,000 plus performance bonusResponsibilities as a Senior Operations Executive:Sales & Customer Service: Drive sales initiatives and deliver top-notch customer service to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients.Operational Excellence: Oversee and optimize operational processes to maintain high standards of efficiency and effectiveness in resort.Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the best possible deals and smooth operations.Administrative Tasks: Complete all necessary paperwork and reports related to resort operations as requested.Marketing & Business Development: Work with the team to Identify marketing and business development opportunities.
