From streamlining processes to minimising environmental impact and nurturing talent, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business and contribute to our overall success.You are a strategic thinker with a track record of driving operational excellence, promoting sustainability, and cultivating a high-performing workforce. You have experience of working with Senior Management Team to devise and implement new processes, systems and manage cross departmental projects to increase organisational effectiveness and productivity.Business OperationsSupport on developing yearly strategy, setting company wide and departmental OKRs and team targetsLead on designing processes and systems to not only support the execution of the strategy but also increase productivity and effectiveness of the business as a wholeSupport the Account and Delivery team on RFPs and tender when necessaryBe responsible for company wide IT, security and legal compliance and support with implementation of Health and SafetyMaintenance of company systems i.e. Hubspot, Scoro, Hibob, GoogleWork with head of department to develop and analyse reporting of key data points to enable Senior Management to plan and forecastWork with Finance on developing departmental budgetsLead management meetings including setting agendas and managing follow up actionsSustainabilityUsing understanding of sustainability in the context of the agency, lead the implementation of sustainability (i.e. ISO accreditations and BCORP) into day to day operationsDevelop the strategy for sustainability across the business, with support from the Sustainability CoordinatorBe a part of Team Green (an internal sustainability team) to ensure that sustainability tasks are being carried out in line with strategyProvide support and sign off on day to day sustainability tasksHuman ResourcesLead on yearly appraisals, ensuring that the process is managed effectivelyBe responsible for ensuring the company policies and handbook are up to date and rolled out among the teamSupport Managers and Heads of Departments with employee relations issuesSupport with recruitment, creating job specs, managing external recruiters and supporting internal hiring managers with processSupport with developing training materials and programmes for the team alongside Heads of DepartmentsManage HR system (HiBob)Optimise onboarding processesManagementManagement of the Business Operations teamEnsuring that 1-1s are carried out effectively and personal development plans are achievedSupport and mentor team to reach individual targets and personal goalsSKILLSLeadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, drive change, and achieve results through effective leadership.Strategic Planning: Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing strategic operational plans aligned with organisational goals and objectives.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to assess operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas, influence stakeholders, and collaborate across departments.Sustainability Knowledge: Understanding of sustainability principles and practices, with the ability to develop and implement initiatives to minimise environmental impact and promote social responsibility.HR Management: Experience in top-level HR functions such as talent acquisition, talent development, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.Change Management: Proven track record in leading organisational change initiatives and managing transitions effectively.Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to evolving business needs and priorities.Social & Environmental GoalsAll employees at Marble are responsible for ensuring our progression towards achieving our Social and Environmental goals.
