Trevett Services are working with a�National Building Services and FM Organisation�who are looking to bring on an Senior�Operations Manager�to work in West Middlesex.�

This is a�full time, permanent role�in addition to a�car allowance�and a�great benefits package.

Key responsibilities of the Senior Operations Manager.

• Reporting to the Contract Manager


• To facilitate Hard FM activities


• Undertaking the functional, technical and management aspects of the FM contract with respect to planned/ reactive maintenance and minor project work.


• To be responsible for all operational staff, budgets and performance of sub-contractors within this work stream.


• To maintain a close liaison with the Client FM Function to ensure day to day requirements of delivering the FM contract are met.


• To be responsible for contractual performance in accordance with agreed budgets and compliance.

Experience required:

• Will hold a relevant qualification in a Hard FM related subject, ideally with membership of a professional institution and/or management qualifications (ILM, BIFM, etc.)


• Must have experience of managing staff in Hard FM in a healthcare environment


• Will have specialist knowledge of processes and procedures within mechanical and electrical disciplines.
