The consultant must have experience of at least two HCM Cloud projects as a functional expert. Experience of other Oracle HCM products (in particular, E-Business Suite) would be advantageous.You will come up with design solutions, offer expertise and provide guidance to our clients on best practices for the successful delivery of the chosen solution as part of an ongoing Managed Service.
