About client:

We are currently seeking a Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at RDH. This role is perfect for an experienced physiotherapist with a passion for delivering high-quality care and contributing to the discharge planning process.

Key Responsibilities:
\n
\n- Provide expert physiotherapy assessment and treatment for patients on acute inpatient wards.
\n- Lead and coordinate the discharge planning process, ensuring safe and effective patient transitions from hospital to home or other care settings.
\n- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care delivery.
\n- Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans based on patients' needs and clinical conditions.
\n- Supervise and mentor junior physiotherapists and support staff.
\n- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with professional standards and best practices.
\n- Participate in regular clinical supervision and continuous professional development activities.

Key Requirements:
\n
\n- HCPC registration is essential.
\n- Recent experience in an acute inpatient ward setting is required.
\n- \nDischarge planning experience is essential, demonstrating the ability to plan, assess, and execute safe patient discharges.
\n- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
\n- Excellent communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
\n- A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and achieving positive outcomes.

Desirable:

\n- Postgraduate qualifications in physiotherapy or a related area.
