What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and managing planning projects from inception to completion
• Preparing and submitting planning applications, appeals, and representations
• Providing expert planning advice to clients across a range of sectors
• Engaging with local authorities, stakeholders, and communities
• Supporting business development and contributing to the consultancy's growth

About You

• Significant town planning experience (private consultancy or local authority)
• Strong knowledge of the UK planning system and current legislation
• Experience in managing planning applications, appeals, and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
