Senior Planner

We're looking for a Senior Planner to join our Construction Team based in Rushden, Northamptonshire.

Location : Rushden, Northamptonshire

Contract : Full Time, Permanent

What will you be responsible for?

As a Senior Planner you will be working within the Construction Delivery and Pre Construction Teams to offer planning expertise at both tender and delivery stages of projects that can range from £10M - £100M in value

Your day to day will include:

Producing tender programmes

Attending regular site visits to assist the team with planning issues

Collating progress information and understanding any areas of concern during the planning stage

Creating workable construction programmes, monitoring and updating

Advising and providing planning expertise across projects

What are we looking for?

This role of a Senior Planner is great for you if you have:

Construction planning experience gained within the contractor environment

Solid history of working on build tenders and projects between £20M - £80M in value

Experienced operator of Asta and Microsoft Project software

Strong knowledge or NEC contract conditions and how this affects planning
