Senior Planner

We're looking for a Senior Planner to join our Southern Water team based in Falmer, East Sussex, where you'll be working on our new 7 year, c£1bn framework with Southern Water.

Location: Falmer, East Sussex 

Contract: Permanent, full-time 

What will you be responsible for?

As a Senior Planner, you'll be working within the Southern Water team, supporting them in ensuring the successful delivery of non-infrastructure water and wastewater projects.

What will your day to day in the role look like?

Your day-to-day will include:

• Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with the client to meet their needs.


• Developing and leading project planners to deliver successful projects that align with Southern Water and Kier values.


• Ensuring projects are programmed in P6 to the necessary level of detail for operational teams to deliver and ensuring contract compliance.
  

What are we looking for?

This role of Senior Planner is great for you if:

• You have a relevant degree (or equivalent) and experience within regulated utilities infrastructure or the built environment sector.


• You possess Chartered Status in a relevant professional body or appropriate professional qualification.


• You have excellent NEC3/NEC4 contractual and commercial awareness, alongside a deep understanding of Health & Safety Legislation including HSWA and CDM Regulations.
