Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a Local Authority based in North West England who are seeking to hire a senior planning lawyer on a rolling contract for 6 months to cover a gap in their team.
Office presence would ideally be once a week to attend team meetings, as well as to cover two planning committees per month.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have extension experience working within local government legal teams,
- Have previous experience with complex s106s, committees, general advice, and enforcement,
- Be able to attend evening planning committees in person twice monthly,
- Have prior experience supervising or managing more junior lawyers,
- Have two references from previous employees.
