Our client is currently seeking a Senior Planning Officer to join their team on a contract basis. This role requires extensive expertise in Development Management and Town Planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing small scale major projects, complex minor applications, and intricate householders
- Preparing and presenting detailed planning reports
- Providing expert planning advice and recommendations
- Leading site visits and consultations with stakeholders
