Your Responsibilities:
Manage and Implement: Oversee the S106/CIL payment and monitoring system.
Provide Expert Guidance: Act as the Council's S106/CIL expert.
Ensure Financial Accuracy: Maintain meticulous financial records.
Direct Project Funding: Oversee disbursement of funds to infrastructure projects.
Engage Key Stakeholders: Build and maintain strong relationships.
Lead Enforcement Actions: Address non-payment issues.
Produce Detailed Reports: Provide insights to senior management.
Contribute to Policy: Assist in policy development and review.
Mentor Team Members: Support the S106/CIL Officer.
