A multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy are looking for a Senior CDM Principal Designer to manage a small team and deliver Design Safety to their portfolio of 35+ projects. The role allows for the Senior CDM Principal Designer to work in a Hybrid nature, whilst progressing themselves through the company. This consultancy is always on the forefront of the Construction and CDM industry and this provides the opportunity to develop yourself within the Construction & CDM world.

Senior CDM Principal Designer

The Senior CDM Principal Designer will be confident within Design meetings and advises clients effectively within Design Safety. The CDM Principal Designer will have the opportunity to manage and work on projects mostly within the Residential sector.

Senior CDM Principal Designer Requirements

• NEBOSH National Certificate
• Tech IOSHH Membership
• Experience within Design
• APS Membership (preferable)
• 1 years Senior Principal Designer experience (preferable)
