Senior Process Chemist

Our client is a leading pharmaceutical research and development company and pharmaceutical innovation partner providing process chemistry solutions to support the delivery of best-in-class small molecules, TACS, glues, oligonucleotides and other complex synthetic medicines. They are now looking to expand their team with a number of experienced process chemists.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver practical chemistry projects.
• Contribute to the development of new processes for pharmaceutical products.
• Ensure the quality, integrity, and delivery of scientific projects.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and personal development.

Qualifications and Skills:

• PhD in chemistry or significant industry experience.
• Strong understanding of organic synthesis, scale-up, and process chemistry.
• Expertise in practical synthetic chemistry techniques.
• Passion for science, self-motivation, and a results-oriented approach.
• Ability to think creatively, adapt to new challenges, and make informed decisions.
