Senior Process & Product Engineer

Job Description Copello is recruiting for Senior Process & Product Engineers to join a leading regulated manufacturing organisation based in the outskirts of Southampton on a permanent basis, to support all manufacturing processes and new product development (NPD).

Responsibilities will include:
Provide high level or technical support to the business.
Supporting / leading new technology projects.
Responsible for leading multi-disciplinary teams on projects – more mentoring / coaching / influencing than management.
Liaising with vendors to meet requirements of the business

To be considered for this role, you will have:
Experience working within a regulated manufacturing environment – Pharmaceutical / Medical Device, FMCG, high volume / automated manufacturing etc.
Project / Process Engineering background at a senior level
Process development, process characterisation
Project management experienced at a senior level
Six Sigma
NPI / NPD – new product development project experience
Degree level Engineering qualification
