Our prestigious client, a leading UK Management Consultancy working in the Construction and Property sectors, is seeking talented Consultants and Senior Consultants to join their expanding Supply Market Management team. Working on projects spanning Energy & Utilities, Government & Civic, Major Project & Infrastructure and Pharma, this role offers the chance to engage the supply market, build resilience, and manage risks across all stages of the procurement lifecycle. Role Overview In this dynamic role, you will: Develop and implement strategic supply chain engagement strategies tailored to specific project needs Position clients as preferred partners within the industry by preparing and engaging potential suppliers Conduct thorough capability and capacity analyses to identify market opportunities and risks Foster strong, trust-based relationships within the supply chain, enhancing market reputation Lead market sounding and shaping activities to support procurement and program delivery Organise and lead meetings, workshops, and engagement events Provide timely and accurate reporting, effectively communicating key findings to stakeholders Collaborate across organisations to ensure seamless integration of supply chain activities Skills & Experience Required Proven track record in handling complex projects and analysing sector developments Experience within procurement, financial, or commercial governance structures Successful development and implementation of supplier or stakeholder engagement programs Demonstrated ability to lead projects from inception to completion Understanding of the commercial and contract delivery lifecycle Knowledge of procurement and commercial tools, systems, and reporting applications Awareness of EU and UK procurement legislation and various procurement routes Expertise in stakeholder management and coordinated supplier engagement Understanding of project scheduling, planning, and management techniques Membership or working towards CIPS, IACCM, or equivalent certifications About You Strong analytical skills and a quantitative approach to problem-solving Eager to learn and drive improvements within the team Methodical and logical approach to project tasks Critical thinker capable of challenging the status quo Excellent written and verbal communication skills Benefits £60 - £70,000 dependant on experience 27 days plus Bank Holidays and Christmas closure Private Medical and Health & Wellbeing Allowance Hybrid Working Life Assurance Season Ticket Loan #J-18808-Ljbffr
