Role: Senior Product Design Engineer - INJECTION MOULDINGBusiness: Consumer ElectronicsLocation: BromsgroveSalary: CompetitiveARCA is partnered with a rapidly scaling, world class business seeking to expand its innovative and team-orientated engineering team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and leading the full product design process from ideation to production for an industry leading consumer product business.You will join a fast paced mechanical NPI team to create, build and test new and innovative concepts for a variety of markets and applications.The Senior Product Design Engineer (NPI) will develop expertise in key NPD areas and contribute across project teams whilst providing support within a skilled and agile team to deliver technical investigation, project planning, resourcing and feasibility work.The ideal candidate will be able to work with and positively influence a range of people at multiple levels of seniority as well as have a proven track record in mentoring and developing junior members of the team.Skills/Experience:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Product Design, Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical degreeDesign for Plastic Injection Moulding - ESSENTIALCAD experience - ideally proficient in Solidworks but not limited to thisDesign for manufacture, assembly, compliance, storage and transportation, usability and servicingPrototyping and development testingFor more information, please apply via the link or contact #####
