Senior Product Manager - Automation and Orchestration

This role is central to managing tools designed to automate and streamline employee communication across various lifecycle events, delivering a personalized and engaging employee experience.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy and Vision: Craft a compelling vision for the automation and orchestration products, aligning them with ChangeEngine’s goals to revolutionize employee engagement through best-in-class automation and experience technologies.Best Practices Emulation: Research and emulate leading marketing automation and employee experience technologies, adapting their successful strategies and tools for the unique context of employee experience.Lifecycle Management: Manage the complete product lifecycle, from initial concept to development, market launch, and ongoing enhancements.Solution Design and Innovation: Utilize ChangeEngine’s sophisticated mapping and orchestration tools to design tailored automation solutions for critical employee events such as onboarding, promotions, and transitions.Customer Engagement and Insight: Engage directly with customers to extract valuable insights and feedback, using this information to continually refine and enhance product offerings.Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct extensive market research to understand emerging trends and competitor solutions, identifying opportunities for differentiation and innovation.QualificationsProven track record as a Product Manager, ideally within MarTech and the B2B SaaS space. Strong technical proficiency in understanding automation technologies and software development practices.A strategic thinker who can turn vision into actionable plans.Outstanding communication skills, capable of conveying complex data concepts in simple terms to diverse audiences.Customer-centric mindset, with a passion for understanding and meeting the needs of clients.Familiarity with agile development processes, comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced
