With AI-powered automation, self-serve capabilities and additional tailored expert advice, we offer our customers a seamless security and compliance experience to stay ahead of the rapidly evolving security landscape and challenges like the surge in cyber-attacks.WHAT YOU`LL BE DOING:You’ll be laser-focussed on metrics like adoption, engagement, retention - as well as the knock-on effect these have on expansion and churn. You’ll define and measure target usage frequency across our apps and capabilities, boost engagement through manufactured loops and create qualitative growth models that help us reach our goals.As you take ownership of capabilities that help our customers level up their compliance and security maturity, you’ll ensure that our platform delivers continuous value.Thinking ahead is your modus operandi. You light the path for strategic development of our platform capabilities and decide what we prioritise now, next and later.You spend 50% of your time on research and strategy, 30% on delivery and operations, and 20% on go-to-market.You're obsessed with the customer and conduct research and interviews constantly to get to the root of their biggest challenges. You identify growth opportunities by combining your customer research with competitor and market insights.You don't shy away from hard problems or decisions (e.g. launch a feature vs. to reduce technical debt, re-using legacy features to quickly win customers vs. playing the long-term game).With the help of the rest of the Product team, you ensure that our customer experience is delightful, and our value proposition is always relevant. You also make sure that we are compliant; we walk the talk.As DataGuard is a Series B scale-up, you will be in a unique position. Building products for 100s of people require different skills than products serving 100,000s of people. Language skills facilitate effective communication with German-speaking stakeholders and customers.Start-up or scale-up environment experience, especially in a growth orientated role.Working with product data platforms, e.g. Amplitude, Gainsight PX...Experienced user of FigmaFamiliarity with data privacy regulations, information security best practices or compliance frameworks is an advantage.LAST BUT NOT LEAST.
