This role is a unique opportunity to have an impact on Wise's missionYour missionYour mission will be to lead the Pricing Delivery Team, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of pricing, taxes, and discounts to our global users. You will be responsible for effective communication of pricing to Wise customers and enhancing the customer pricing experience across Wise and Wise Platform. Job DescriptionYour roleManage and continuously improve the efficiency of the end-to-end process for price and tax change management globally, ensuring seamless updates across Wise.com and the Wise PlatformLead the onboarding of new features and partners into the pricing systems, integrating them effectively into our existing pricing structure.Onboard product changes to the pricing engine safely and quickly and build strong controls around the processContinually monitor pricing delivery efficiency and accuracyDevelop more effective ways to communicate Wise pricing to our customers across all our products globallyOversee the full customer communication cycle and product compliance, and own our public pricing assetsBe responsible for the development and refinement of the business critical internal tooling for the commercial pricing teams, ensuring these tools meet our business needs and compliance standardsThis role will give you the opportunity toDirectly impact every Wise customer, as your work will play a critical role in making sure our customers pay the best price available as soon as possible and that they trust and understand our pricingChoose your path to impact - we believe people are most empowered when they can act autonomously. You will run global processes impacting millions of people and influence the broader growth initiatives at Wise setting the tone of how Wise pricing is perceived and communicated.QualificationsA bit about youYou are a seasoned product manager with a track record of navigating complex and ambiguous environments and doing what’s necessary to mitigate risks and drive growthYou’re hands on, don’t stick to a “by the book” product management role definition, and you’d do everything needed to make the team and the product successful.You get it done by thinking strategically and executing tactically.You are a skilled stakeholder manager and enthusiastic communicator who’s good at prioritising across multiple problem spaces and communicating your
decisions convincingly.You are data-driven but also have understanding and empathy for your customers and can quickly identify the problems worth solving, communicating your rationale with data rather than assumptionsExperienced in working with engineers, managing backend services and you are comfortable navigating technical and analytical challenges.Beneficial, but NOT mandatory experienceExperience of building data and process controls and working in operational context - in scale-ups and bigger orgsPrior experience working in Pricing, FP&A and Finance teamsExperience with using SQLAdditional InformationOur OfferBase salary:  83.000 - 110.000 gross / year base (based on experience & interview outcomes)Restricted Stock Units (RSUs): Numerous other benefits:For everyone, everywhere.
