Senior Product Manager

Senior Product Manager (B2B SaaS) Location: London Hybrid Salary: £70,000-£75,000 (plus benefits) We are currently partnered with a B2B SaaS company, who are on a mission to change the way organisation s deliver software through their market-leading, cutting-edge technology, which allows software development companies to reach their highest potential and optimise their performance. They are looking for an experienced and visionary Senior Product Manager to join their small but mighty Product team. You ll be leading the development and delivery of their flagship product, an analytics tool, owning, creating, and communicating new product features, metrics, roadmaps, and backlogs. This is a critical role for the team, working closely with (and reporting to) the Head of Product you will play a vital role in helping shape the strategic direction and product vision, ensuring they align with business objectives and customer needs. The successful Senior Product Manager will have: 5 years experience as a Product Manager within a SaaS company (ideally B2B) Strong understanding of software development best practices, SDLC, users and decision-makers Leading on end-to-end delivery of new complex features Able to work collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders Previous experience driving product strategy Proven experience with NPD and making products that are commercially successful Comfortable working with large-scale complex datasets and creating actionable insights Experience owning usage, retention, and P&L Software Development, Computer Science, Data Science or Mathematics background What s in it for you? 24 days annual leave Flexible working (2 days remote and 3 days in the office) Pet-friendly office Free drinks and snacks in the office Work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks a year 12 weeks of paid maternity and paternity leave If the above resonates with you and you re looking to join an innovative, company who are currently rapidly scaling, please apply below with your CV.
