Join our team in Aviva, a leading Personal Lines insurer and help us achieve our goal to be the best insurer in the market!A bit about the job:This role will be a key part of the Aviva Retail PCW (price comparison sites.) team, with responsibility for developing our products, customer experience and journeys. The role will mix continuous improvement and optimisation, development of new features and the longer-term product roadmap, all with the aim of delivering brilliant customer and commercial outcomes. The business will initially be focused on Motor or Home insurance distributed through price comparison sites.What you will do:Lead the overall Motor or Home and Speciality Retail PCW Products, including shaping and prioritizing change demand and understand customer and commercial dynamicsLead a delivery squad and support them in delivering brilliant business and customer outcomesWork collaboratively across the business including Digital and UX experts to develop great customer experiences, ensuring the appropriate user testing is undertakenFull accountability for decision making, prioritising, planning and refining the backlog in collaboration with the delivery teams and broader stakeholders to achieve our customer and commercial objectivesBalancing delivery priorities across key projects and areas of continuous improvement and drive best practice in product ownership, agile and progressive ways of workingSkills and experience we’re looking for:Strong knowledge of General Insurance market in the UK, ideally PCW Trading financials experienceUnderstanding of the drivers of performance and a passion for delivering excellent customer outcomesStrong team player who can translate ideas and concepts into deliverable plans within a complex regulatory framework Ability to work with and manage senior stakeholders across the businessExperience of delivering business change (new PCW products, features and journey enhancements) as a product owner, within a fast-paced agile environment.
