Senior Product & Process Engineer

Copello is recruiting for Senior Product & Process Engineers to join a leading regulated manufacturing organisation based in the outskirts of Southampton on a permanent basis, to support all manufacturing processes and new product development (NPD).

 

Responsibilities will include:

• Provide high level or technical support to the business.


• Supporting / leading new technology projects.


• Responsible for leading multi-disciplinary teams on projects – more mentoring / coaching / influencing than management.


• Liaising with vendors to meet requirements of the business

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• Experience working within a regulated manufacturing environment – Pharmaceutical / Medical Device, FMCG, high volume / automated manufacturing etc.


• Project / Process Engineering background at a senior level


• Process development, process characterisation


• Project management experienced at a senior level


• Six Sigma


• NPI / NPD – new product development project experience


• Degree level Engineering qualification

This opportunity is a on site position 5 days a week and comes with a salary of c£60,000 DOE + great benefits and development opportunities. The position requires at least 5% travel UK & travel globally.
