p strong The Role: /strong /p br If you think you are the right match for the following opportunity, apply after reading the complete description. br ul li Develop CNC Programs for 4 & 5 axis machines and Multi-Axis Turn-Mills. /li li Create CNC Grinding Programs for a variety of Grinding Machines. /li li Oversee New Part Introduction for quick-turnaround Prototype & Production Projects. /li li Define and create manufacturing routings & BOM using SAP ERP. /li li Design fixtures and tooling for NPI Projects. /li li Implement new cutting technologies to enhance tool life and reduce cycle time. /li li Support departmental training and career progression initiatives. /li li Estimate production times and costs. /li /ul p strong Candidate Profile: /strong /p ul li Demonstrated experience in Machining/Programming complex components within the Automotive/Aerospace Industry. /li li Proficiency with Siemens NX CAD/CAM system. /li li Experience with Vericut Simulation Software. /li li Familiarity with SAP ERP systems is an advantage. /li li Relevant Engineering Qualification (HNC or higher) required. /li li Deep understanding of Machining/Cutting and Inspection techniques. /li /ul
