Senior Production Operative - ASAP

Our client is a leader in the production of their product in the food and beverage industry. They are considered world-class at what they do. They have a large warehouse operation based in Dunstable.
They are recruiting for Senior Production Operative who will be responsible for overseeing the planning, co-ordination and control of all resources associated with the packing/processing areas.
The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in a warehouse/production line environment. You should also be computer literate and will be committed to planning and problem solving. You should possess excellent communication skills.
Our client is offering £14.53 - £24.63 p/h for this role. The variation is based on shifts and whether you are working overtime. Shift patterns are as follows:

2 weeks in 4 shift patterns, this will consist of working a combination of:

• 2 weeks between 6.00am and 2.00pm - Monday to Friday (with a 30-minute unpaid break).

\n
• 2 weeks between 1.45pm and 11.45pm - Monday to Thursday (with a 30-minute unpaid break
