As a Senior Production Planner, you will be joining a manufacturing company who are committed to delivering high-quality products while continuously improving their processes. They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Production Planner to join the team to play a pivotal role in optimising their production schedules and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Production Planner:

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to maximize productivity and minimize delays.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless workflow.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Manage capacity planning and resource allocation to meet customer demands.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

 

The successful Senior Production Planner will have the below skills and experience:

• Proven experience as a Production Planner in a manufacturing environment, ideally at a senior level.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
