Senior Programme Manager

Are you a visionary leader with a passion for technology? We are looking for a dynamic Senior Programme Manager to join our client and play a pivotal role in driving success in their technology services projects.
As the Senior Progamme Manager you will need to be experienced in managing complex projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with their account teams to scope out service projects.
Take responsibility for creating comprehensive Statements of Work (SOW) and cost plans in partnership with technical leads and various internal teams, including Finance and Legal.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure all project deliverables are successfully managed, executed, and controlled, ensuring customer success and satisfaction.
Develop, maintain, and track project plans, schedules, activities, and issues related to customer engagements.
Manage and prioritize resources across teams to achieve project objectives efficiently.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and best practices.
Experience
Relevant experience within the semiconductor industry, preferably a background in IC design, SOC verification, RTL, or IP development
Proven experience in driving tactical service engagements, particularly in analog, SOC, verification, or package/board expertise.
Project management certification is considered a plus.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects with a focus on customer success.
