Career-Bridge Recruitment are working with a Mechanical & Electrical building services company who are looking to recruit a Senior Project Administrator to join their Exeter office. They require the senior project administrator to be able to lead work under their own initiative to solve day to day tasks.



Duties�




  • Required the senior project administrator to be able to lead work under their own initiative�

  • General administration Up to date contact details; prepare standard correspondence and documentation; filing manual and electronic, photocopying, scanning, shredding and archiving�

  • Undertake any other duties as required, commensurate with the level of the post�

  • Planning and prioritizing of workload for optimum effectiveness�

  • Raise purchase orders on our company system & compile detailed sub-contract order paperwork�

  • Log project drawing revisions received, print & issue drawings to project team�

  • Upload project drawings to project system and maintain efficient document control�

  • Assist with the compiling of Health and Safety Documentation�

  • Provide excellent customer service to external and internal customers�

  • Communicating effectively and confidently at all levels, over the phone, face to face and by email�

  • Deal with queries where able and forward detailed accurate messages�

  • Review, develop and maintain company systems and procedures to meet the needs of the changing business�



You will need�




  • To be able to Use MS packages (Word, Excel, and Outlook)�

  • General Administration experience essential�

  • Experience of working within construction/service industry desirable but not essential�

  • GCSE or equivalent to Grade C / 4 and above in Maths and English�
