THE ROLE



Redwood Search is�working with a construction flooring company that offers a diverse range of flooring solutions. These hardwearing products are being used internationally, and we are seeking a highly organised and driven Project Administrator to join the team.�



OVERVIEW:



As a Senior Project Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial, insurance, and logistics aspects of the projects. You will ensure smooth operations by managing import/export documentation, coordinating warehouse storage, and handling international deliveries. Your expertise in global supply chain management will be crucial in ensuring efficiency and compliance with international trade regulations.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:




  • Financial & Insurance Management:

    • Assist in project budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting.

    • Handle project-related insurance policies, ensuring adequate coverage.

    • Work closely with finance teams to process invoices, payments, and contracts.



  • Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination:

    • Manage import/export documentation to ensure compliance with international trade regulations.

    • Coordinate shipping, customs clearance, and freight forwarding for Europe and Asia projects.

    • Source and negotiate with warehouse providers for efficient storage and distribution.

    • Oversee scheduling and tracking of deliveries to project sites.



  • Project Administration:

    • Maintain accurate records of all project documentation and correspondence.

    • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

    • Monitor project timelines, identifying potential delays and proposing solutions.





REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:




  • Proven experience in project administration, logistics, or supply chain management, ideally within construction, manufacturing, or engineering industries.

  • Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and international trade compliance.

  • Experience in warehouse sourcing and inventory management.

  • Familiarity with financial and insurance administration related to project management.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project management software.

  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:




  • Certification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Project Administration.

  • Experience working on international projects with multi-country logistics operations.

  • Familiarity with ERP or supply chain management systems.
