Senior Project Director - Commercial Fit Out

Shore Executive have been assigned on behalf of Main Contractor who specialise in Commercial Fit Out projects (both CAT A and CAT B) to recruit a Project Director to join their team based in London.
As project Director, you will be responsible for orchestrating the tender process through to project handover which will include managing the client relationship. You will manage between 2-4 projects simultaneously – valued between £10 - £30 Million.
This is an exceptional opportunity which will allow the successful applicant the chance to progress their career to Construction Director as the business grows.
Due to the nature of the role, you will ideally match the following:
Currently working for a Traditional Fit-Out business
Currently working in a project management focused position responsible for delivering Office Fit Out projects including larger CAT A and CAT B / Refurbishments
Experience of project leading either x1 larger project (£20 M+) or 2+ projects simultaneously (£10 M + each)
Currently responsible for a minimum of £20 Million Turnover, ideally £40 Million +
Experience of leading project teams - a confident people manager who can direct as well as mentor
Understanding of major project contracts both
tendering
and
executing
Experience of engaging and building relationships with clients directly, external Consultants and Supply Chain
