Senior Project Engineer required on a long-term assignment basis, outside IR35, to support a global owner-operator in successfully developing and delivering a £350M highly complex CAPEX project.
This opportunity is ideal for a Senior Project Engineer looking for a long-term client-side opportunity, where you will be recognised as a subject matter expert within a global capital project delivery team, working closely with the Senior Project Manager overseeing the successful performance of a world renowned EPC partner.
As the Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that the engineering deliverables are reached and that the scope is well-defined and ready for execution.

The role:
Project Engineer working alongside the Senior Project Manager
Client-side position overseeing the EPC contractor from FEED to handover
Long Term contract assignment
Risk Management and Construction supervision
Definition of project scope in conjunction with the site's execution
The Ideal Candidate:
10 – 20 years of experience working within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Chemical sectors
Discipline Engineer with a BSc or MSc in a relevant engineering field (Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Civil)
Experience working on projects from FEED to Handover
Modular/Construction experience is desirable
Strong communication and management skills
