Senior Project Finance Lawyer

Our client is at the forefront of supporting companies that help developing and emerging countries grow. They are looking for Project Finance Lawyers to join their team on a short-term contract basis, starting in July.These roles will suit someone (min. 6PQE - England & Wales or New York qualified) who has worked in a law firm, focusing on project finance, and represented lenders in power deals, particularly in renewable energy. While experience in Africa is preferred, it is not essential. Familiarity with LMA is required and experience working for or with a development finance institution (directly or as a client) would be advantageous.We would like you to be able to perform at your best throughout our recruitment process.
