Senior Project Manager - Data Centre - Amsterdam

Due to an increased project pipeline and recent company growth, a market-leading mission-critical principal contract is actively recruiting a Senior Project Manager for a new data centre project in Amsterdam. This role will suit someone who is career ambitious and sees themselves as a Division Lead or Contracts Manager in the future.In terms of experience, someone from a data centre background is advantageous but not necessary. Project delivery ability, proven track record, and knowledge of CSA and M&E packages experience is key.You will work for a market-leading contractor with a diverse business model that demands modern health and safety and employee engagement practices. With the order book full for several years, there is excellent scope for a credible Senior PM to play a pivotal role in helping the growth and expansion of the business over the coming years.Just so you know, you would be employed under the host country employment law. On offer is a competitive salary + Accommodation + flights + travel + bonus.Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:Responsible for delivery and quality in line with customer and company expectations.Co-ordinate the works of the site team including sub-contractors/trades and external supply chain.Implement and maintain quality assurance methods/standards to ensure delivery of projects.Implement and maintain HSQE procedures from pre-start to project completion to ensure full compliance with all company HSQE standards, policies, processes, ISO accreditations and legislative requirements.Ensure all programmes, plans, method statements and risk assessments are robust, up to date, understood and implemented.Ensure that all site records are kept up to date in line with company and legislative requirements.Senior Project Manager Requirements:5+ years in a senior project delivery roleData Centre experience is preferable.Principal contractor backgroundDemonstrable sound and extensive construction technical and legislative knowledge.Experience with CSA and M&E packagesSkills:Health Management Project Management Leading Meetings Management Projects Project Execution Management Plan Project Management FunctionalTake advantage of this incredible opportunity to be part of an exciting division!
